Luxa Camera ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Luxa Camera application (the "App") for Android. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the App.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal data that can be used to identify you. The App uses your device's camera to capture photos, which are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your photos.
Any custom looks you create and your App settings are also stored only on your device. They are not sent to us or to any third party.

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Because we do not collect your data, we have nothing to delete on our side. Photos you take remain in your device's gallery until you delete them yourself, and uninstalling the App removes its stored settings and custom looks from your device.
Our website at luxacamera.app does not use cookies or analytics tools that we operate. As with any website, standard technical information such as your IP address may be processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and by services that deliver fonts and icons used on the page.
